    The room was large and fairly quiet and had comfortable beds, gates. Swimming pool view was a bonus. The location for Punta Cana was absolutely perfect, close enough to the ' premium ' lounges, the pier and the various restaurants. We could drink something at Wacamole, located 1 mi away.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Came here for 9 nights with our family, had a VERY GOOD stay. The atmosphere created was special. Got double room with a Jacuzzi as expected.

    Great hotel, had very good stay.

    Loved having a safe box, TV and a mini-fridge-bar in the reasonably large room. The location was exceptionally nice - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was in a beach area...

    direct access to the ocean, several restaurants and bars, maintained grounds

    The check-in process is an absolute nightmare with untrained staff!!! Rooms are a throwback in time and need urgent upgrades!!! Whole hotel facing water shortages without any communication. Housekeeping barging in despite "Do Not Disturb" signs is unacceptable!!!

    The beachfront setting was fine, and staff provided really good service, especially during our hot stone massage at the spa. Fresh seafood was a highlight, although the Mediterranean restaurant fell short with slow service and mosquitoes. Confirming the correct room type upon arrival is crucial to avoid any disappointment.

    A Mixed Bag, Excellent Premium Needs Improvement

    We enjoyed the cozy pool view from our Jr. Suite, but the food quality seriously needs attention. The staff were friendly, yet language barriers made communication difficult. Consider bringing your own snacks, as the water and smells from cleaning supplies detracted from the experience.

    The complimentary beach shuttle made it super easy to get to the ocean. Just keep in mind that you might hit some lines for drinks and food, but overall, I'd definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway with friends!

    We had issues with the butler service as he didn't make our reservations correctly, causing us to be turned away from restaurants on two occasions.

    The whole experience was amazing, especially enjoying the beautiful beach and the clean pool, which reminded me of paradise. Unwinding at the jacuzzi after a long day was exactly what I needed, and the nighttime entertainment was great! Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be better in some areas, but it didn't really take away from the fun 🏖️

    Couples Retreat Worth It

    the area was nice and the stuff was very helpful, a bit slow but probably this is the warm places style. we liked it when we got a mango cocktail by the pool which was simply refreshing after a long day

    it wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the overall experience

    Family with children paradise

    Had a blast with the activities, real fun for the kids! Rissa by the pool was fantastic, her Zumba classes are something else. It's not often I get to see them smile like that!

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience was definitely worth it.

    We had such a fantastic time enjoying the lively activities, especially the mixology and pizza making classes! Dinner with ocean views added to our romantic getaway, and the hibachi chef Miguel was a blast! I'd definitely come back for this amazing experience.

    Spacious room, good service, with extra plus for the Room service and cleaning staff who kept everything super clean .
